• Condition: No returns if picked up after 14 days.

Gift Cards:

• Delivery: Emailed, no physical cards issued.

Tracking and Liability:

• Tracking: Via shipping confirmation email.
• Lost/Stolen: Not responsible once shipped.

Exchange or Store Credit ONLY:

• Method: Store credit only within 14 days, no refunds.
• Conditions: Items must be new, unworn, with tags; customer covers return shipping.

Exchanges at Storefront:

• Window: 14 days with items unworn, unwashed, tagged.
